In 2015, Neuros, specializing in business software and founded in Paris in 2006, transferred its activity to Bordeaux.
A choice influenced by the quality of life and the necessity to recruit web-specialized IT experts under good conditions.
As part of this process, the company’s directors contacted Bordeaux IT schools in order to add to their workforce, which is set to rise from 6 to 10 people before the end of the year.
Since 2010, Neuros has been developing its own risk prevention program.
Named 1-One, this tool allows human resources departments to combat occupational risks in a precise and efficient way.
Since then, the creators have extended its functional scope in order to integrate difficult working conditions into the software.
All employers are obliged to track exposure to 10 risk factors, employee by employee, and as of 1st January, exposed staff are entitled to an “individual arduousness prevention account”.
