After 5 years of growth in Paris, the e-commerce company ManoMano has decided to link its development to Bordeaux’s vitality.
ManoMano now has over 2 million customers and 1,600 vendors; it is also an international platform, present in 6 European markets.
After raising €60 million in funds in 2017 and with its buoyant growth in just 5 years of existence, ManoMano is often cited as one of France’s most successful digital companies. This marketplace, which has become a key e-commerce site for DIY, home improvement and gardening has chosen to continue its growth by opening a location in the Bordeaux metropolitan area.
For ManoMano, Bordeaux was an obvious choice.
An easily-accessible metropolis, a thriving economic hub where a great number of digital players are setting up shop, and the city has a lot to offer.
“We are delighted to be coming to Bordeaux; our employees were thrilled to find out about our new location and excited about the quality of life offered by the region. We also strongly believe that the city’s attractiveness will allow us to recruit top talent in the tech industry, especially developers, and therefore accelerate our expansion,” say Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson.
