IMS Networks (head office in Castres – 40 employees), an operator specialising in the design and management of high-risk business telecoms networks, has opened a technical sales office in Bordeaux.
The mission of IMS Networks is to help organisations optimise the performance and security of their information systems, addressing site inter-connection, internet access, hosting and supervision etc.
For more than 15 years, IMS Networks has been developing its know-how in the design of architecture for high-performance telecommunications, and rolls out bespoke networks that can adapt to the specific needs of its clients.
IMS Networks has seen constant growth over the past five years and plans to double in size by 2017.
Alongside the development of its activities and the increase in the size of its workforce, IMS is strengthening its presence in Gironde with the launch of new service offerings in IT security. It is planning to create 8 new jobs.
Its clients include Météo-France, Pierre Fabre Laboratories, the BPCE Groupe and Airbus.
For its installation in Bordeaux, the telecoms operator has turned to Invest in Bordeaux.
