DYDU is the specialist in automatic natural language processing, one area of Artificial Intelligence. The start-up publishes a software programme which enables customers to easily create, roll-out and manage intelligent conversational robots, such as chatbots, voicebots or callbots.
There are infinite possibilities for use, including customer support, staff support and product recommendation, etc. in a wide variety of sectors ranging from energy to finance, telecommunications or luxury. The company is certified French Tech and works with key accounts such as EDF, OuiSNCF, Orange and PSA.

The R&D team was located to Bordeaux in 2015 and currently employs 16 high-technology profiles. Full Stack Java developers, system engineers, back-end developers and testers all contribute to product creation and development.
To accompany a 130% growth in turnover for 2017, the company had 55 employees at the end of 2018 and is seeking to recruit more staff and acquire new skills in 2019.
7 people were recruited in Bordeaux in 2018 and 8 new jobs are planned for 2019 in the R&D team, including 2 senior positions, 4 advanced and 2 beginners.
