Little Worker, the start-up specialised in interior design and renovation, provides cost effective services via a website interface.
Currently based in Paris, the company has been developing its service in Bordeaux since early September. Its aim is to relocate its headquarters and support services to Bordeaux in April 2019 and create 45 jobs within the next three years.
Digital technology serving renovation work for private customers
Launched in 2016 by Aurélien Bros and Nicolas Bletterer, the start-up Little Worker has developed a platform dedicated to consultation and renovation works for flats.
The start-up provides its customers with tailor-made support throughout the duration of works, from architectural design to the completion of the project.
It provides quotes and technical studies and steers each project to delivery, drawing on a unique technology and a high commitment to customer service. It acts as a project manager and guarantor of works.
In 2018, Little Worker raised funds of €650,000 from 50 Partners, Bpifrance and other business angels. This amount will enable the company to boost its development.
The support services relocate to Bordeaux
Drawn by the ‘outstanding’ vibrancy of Bordeaux, the start-up decided to relocate its headquarters and support services here to ‘move out of its comfort zone’.
‘Bordeaux was an obvious move for us, thanks to the quality of life here and the fact that Paris is only 2 hours away.’
Five people are currently based in Bordeaux. Once the headquarters have moved, the number of employees will rise to 17 and eventually 45 within 3 years.
The start-up is currently seeking site managers, sales staff, a Business Developer and a Supply Chain Manager.
